All photography, imagery, and related materials created by The Unleashed Collective remain the intellectual property of the photographer, Navasha-Lee Semmens. Images are provided under a limited licence for personal or agreed commercial use as outlined in the client’s booking agreement. They may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent.

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality, professional results, The Unleashed Collective is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or property access limitations.

Before booking your photoshoot, please take a moment to read through the essentials. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both of us.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of your session. Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Travel fees may apply for locations more than 25 km from Busselton.

All images remain the intellectual property of The Unleashed Collective, with clients receiving a licence for personal or agreed commercial use. Editing and retouching are completed at the photographer’s discretion to maintain the signature style and quality of our work.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The remaining balance is due on or before the shoot date.
Bookings are only considered confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email has been issued.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Deposits are transferable (not refundable) if the session is rescheduled within three months.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the full session fee.
In the event of illness, extreme weather, or emergencies, The Unleashed Collective reserves the right to reschedule.

3. Travel & Location

Travel fees apply for shoots located more than 25 km from Busselton (or your specified base).
The client is responsible for securing access and any property permissions or permits required for the shoot.

4. Image Delivery & Turnaround

Edited images are delivered via an online proofing gallery within 7–14 business days (unless otherwise stated).
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Raw or unedited files are not provided, as they don’t represent the final creative standard.

5. Image Usage & Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of The Unleashed Collective.
Clients receive a limited licence for personal or agreed commercial use (e.g., Airbnb, websites, social media, marketing).
Images may not be resold, edited, filtered, or used by third parties without written permission.
The Unleashed Collective reserves the right to use images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the property or space is photo-ready at the scheduled time.
The photographer is not responsible for delays or reshoots due to the property not being prepared.
Children or pets must be supervised at all times during the session.

7. Editing & Retouching

Editing is completed at the photographer’s discretion to maintain the signature style and tone of The Unleashed Collective.
Minor adjustments (lighting, colour, composition) are included. Additional retouching requests may incur a fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every care is taken, The Unleashed Collective is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, accidents, equipment malfunction, or data loss.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the photography session.

9. Privacy & Data

Client information and images are treated confidentially and stored securely.
Personal details will not be shared or sold to third parties.

10. Agreement

By booking a session, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
